(a Division of Green Theme Design Ltd.) is a multi-faceted project
management and landscape architectural design service.
Key Benefit
RGA uses computer
graphics (built on AutoCADD/LandCADD release 14) for the purpose of comprehensive site
analysis and precision construction drawing preparation. Although we are often retained
for our proficiency in free-hand illustrative graphics, we have found the computer
imaging increasingly useful in the conveyance of design intent through colour
perspectives. RGA is committed to providing efficient, professional & technically
sound work:
RGA works with the
best approach - concept to completion - to suit the scope and nature of the assignment;
RGA personnel work
effectively with private and public sector Client and Special Interest Groups;
RGA effectively
manages all facets of the development process: planning, design, construction strategies,
budgeting, scheduling and logistics;
Fully informed Clients are in
control, with cost control measures to communicate current status and actual costs;
Results are enhanced because RGA
keeps the project team focused on client objectives and constraints throughout the design
and construction process.
Capabilities
RGA's project involvement has focused on resort
design and leisure oriented facility development, both locally and internationally.
Environmentally sound development and socio-economic suitability are critical to
successful design efforts. RGA thrives on working closely as part of the
project team; realizing the value of a co-operative work ethic to achieve comprehensive
evaluation and quality results.
Our mandate is to execute on time, within budget and to the complete
understanding and satisfaction of our Clients in every phase of the development process -
from concept to completion.
The RGA staff of Landscape Architects are complemented
by a forester, project management and computer specialists.

amongst unique bottomland/wetlands as part of the resort complex, including a Hale Irwin
Golf Course, numerous 4 & 5 star hotels, an RV Park, Kids Quest and Grand
Casino.
Grand Casino Biloxi; Biloxi,
Mississippi, USA; as for Tunica, only situated in conjunction with a Jack Nicholas Golf
Course amongst a unique selection of wetland landscapes, including a Pine Savana wetland.
Lana'i Corporation; in

of Lana'i, Hawaii, USA.
Stone Creek Properties Inc.,
Canmore, Alberta; ongoing since 1993, involved in planning, design & construction
services for this 540 acre mountainside Resort Community. The resort includes a
spectacular 18 hole golf course, private residential lots, a variety of hotel
accommodation and amenities. RGA provided sensitive site & residential lot development
including the preparation and administration of Design Guidelines & construction
procedures to maintain the natural character. Strategic Team planning maintains the resort
program focus; careful integration of facilities and infrastructure into the natural
setting, with relocation of existing vegetation, avoids unnecessary disturbance.
